yachting

a (blank) amount of time ago christina got a crew together and chartered a yacht for the day.  it might not have been a "yacht" as much as a large boat, but i dont know too much about boats, so in my eyes it was a yacht.  it was a gorgeous day on the water after a week of torrential rain in los angeles.  can you imagine how fun this could be?!? it was just that, you should be jealous.  it was mostly girls with a few boys thrown in the mix.  we partied like rockstars, pretty much jay-z and beyonce will be begging to go on our next trip out to sea.

guess what i did??
broke my digital camera

(actually someone else dropped it, and it died)

then guess what i did??
got myself a disposable camera to tide me over.  

turns out i love it and i'm not sure i want another digital. 

(...thats not really true.  i want a really awesome teeny tiny new digital.)

i'm not giving up my disposables though, i love them too much.  i got one last year to take to big bear and remembered how awesome they are. 
everyone is jealous of me. i think my sisters are embarrassed, but i'm not. mama thinks i'm silly and keeps telling me to go out and get myself a new one.  i will eventually, but i'm not ready yet.
i think my disposables are imperfect and magical.

i started an inspiration blog

it seemed like the right thing to do at the time (aka sleepless nights & early mornings)

its not perfect, it probably wont ever be.
