labor day 09

my sissy and her hubby came to california for a wedding, so my favorite little guy tagged along to hang out with me. we had the absolute best time together. a long weekend with some family time was just what i needed.

my parents have been married for 30 years and have managed not to kill each other or any of their 4 daughters. neil and deb are pretty much totally awesome, they met working in a record store and have been rockin out ever since.

i got to spend an afternoon with this adorable italian boy.
i havent seen him since we graduated from FIT 3 years ago. it was great catching up with him, he is too cute for words - i love him to death!!

baby belly

my gorgeous sissy is 7 months preggo. she really just looks like a stick with a basketball under her shirt, but i've felt that guy kick - he's really in there.
i've been nagging her to get some pregnancy pictures taken before she gets that "pregnant face". i was at home last weekend and she decided to hand me a camera and call me a photographer. (i gave her a family discount for my skills, of course). she was the perfect model - how could the outcome of my first photo shoot behind the lens be anything less than lovely??

i only edited two of these photos because i thought she looked WAY too beautiful to change them at all. more pictures here
