yep, you heard me right.   back to where it all started.  super happy to finally be a blondie again. there is a hint of strawberry in there still, but i can live with it.

pretty stoked that charlotte gainsbourg is making music again. nothing like a cerebral hemorrhage to inspire a new album.  not only is this lady gorgeous,  has out-of-this-world style, she can sing, and she's the daughter of jane birkin.  {no big deal}    she teamed up with beck and brought us this sweet sound, with the complete album to follow later this month. 

i've also had the carla bruni pandora station on nonstop ... something about those frenchies makes me tres heureux

sometimes i think i may quite possibly the grinch.  there is something in me that completely dislikes christmas music.  i'm not sure what it is, but it's not for me.  this year, i set out determined to find some holiday music that i can actually stand.  so here is the list that i put together::

 as for the actual celebration, it was all family time with the edmonson's {as usual}.  we made the rounds, opened fun new toys, and enjoyed each other's sweet faces.  i'm the only one that lives away, so i cant get enough of all my cuties.  i watched white christmas 3 times in a row and decided that it's my favorite christmas movie.  it was harder than ever to come back to la la land after such a special holiday.

yep, you heard me right.  thanksgiving. 

finally getting a chance to play catch-up.

i spent my thanksgiving in the charming tucson. i just love my fam and i love to eat, so this is a perfect holiday for me.

 i've been working my little hiney off and doing nothing but working, sleeping, and working {seriously}.  i couldnt be happier about it though.

i luckily managed to squeeze in a hair appointment today and snapped this awesome pic right before bed.  {the shades were necessary}
