happy (belated) happy dani!!

i talk to dani everyday on the phone, so how is it possible that i forgot to give her a birthday blog post?!? oopies.  i guess its better a little late than never

we pretty much are the same person, i think we are twins most of the time.  she is the greatest mommy to my little nephew babes and one of my favorite people ever. she's smart, pretty, funny - she's the whole package.  people used to call me "baby d" in high school and i secretly loved it. 

i like to tell her that i'm lucky to have her as a sister, but also as a best friend.

lookie lookie who looooooved her first time at coachella.  i was with a group of 4 other girls, which in most cases can be a disaster, but this was just the opposite. maggie (who arranged all of this amazingness), lo, suzy, and my new lover amie.  we had a fab house in palm springs with a pool and lived like rock stars for 3 days.

all of these pictures are out of order ... which totally throws off my ocd, but i'm too lazy right now.  

i was wearing black/white striped on the first day, pink dress on the second, white tank and floral top on third - i also look more and more haggard as the days go on.  oh, and if you look hard enough, you can see the little bit of i put in my hair, cause i'm an old lady.

we took a glorious family vacation to kauai {thanks to neil and deb} uhhh, hello heaven!! 

it was gorgeous and of course a week with the fam was a roller coaster of fun.  i still wore SPF 70 everyday, even though it was gloomy and rainy most of the time.
